Meet Ellen

Hi, I'm Ellen.

I'm a Registered Professional Counsellor, Certified Life Coach, author, speaker, a mom to four incredible sons, a very proud Nana, and a woman who believes no life is beyond hope.

Like many of the women I walk alongside, my own life has included seasons of disappointment, unexpected change, loss, and questions I never imagined asking. Through those experiences, I've come to believe that some of our greatest growth often happens in the seasons we never would have chosen.

As I learned to process the pain of the past, embrace my story, and become the woman God designed me to be, I discovered that healing isn't about pretending the pain never happened. It's about allowing God to meet us in the middle of it—to restore hope, remind us who we are, and lead us forward one step at a time.

That journey is what led me to become a counsellor and later a coach. For the past near decade, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women as they navigate disappointment, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected seasons.

My heart is to create a safe place where women can process what has hurt, uncover the beliefs that may be keeping them stuck, rediscover their identity in Jesus, and gain practical tools to move forward with renewed hope and clarity. Whether through counselling, coaching, speaking, or writing, my prayer is that every woman whom I get to meet would experience the extravagant love of Jesus and discover the hope, healing, freedom, and purpose He has for her life.

On weekends, you might find me enjoying a bubble tea with a friend, exploring a new trail or waterfall, digging my toes in the sand, planning my next adventure, or spending time with my family. I've learned that some of life's greatest gifts are often found in the simplest moments.
