A group of women talking about the day to day challenges of life from confidence to self care to relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and how to live a life with hope and joy and so many other topics. Together with a Certified Life Coach / Registered Counselor, we will delve deep into how to gain the confidence and tools to live a significant life.

The program includes a monthly fee of $45 which includes weekly group coaching calls, a PDF lesson plan and access to a private facebook group where we will build a community of support and encouragement. Coaching call subjects will include life concerns and challenges that we often struggle with on a day to day basis ie. selfcare, depression, anxiety, goal setting, . All women desire to have the confidence and boldness to live life fully alive. This mentorship program is designed to support, encourage and challenge each member to go after that confidence and boldness that lies within each woman and boldly step into who you are designed and created to be.... The $ value of the group coaching calls is $75 per session x 4 sessions per month = $300, which members are getting for $45 per month through this program.
